Our Contract Prior to clicking the “Submit Order” button, you have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors in your order. After order submission, you will receive an Order Reference Number and a description of your selected products via our initial email. Please note that these emails serve as acknowledgments and do not constitute order acceptance.

Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a legally binding contract will only transpire when we send a third email, containing information about product delivery. In certain instances, we may decline all or part of your order and communicate this in our third email.

If payment authorisation for your purchase cannot be granted for any reason, we will inform you and suggest an alternative payment method.

Prices and Payment All prices and charges are listed in UK pounds (unless otherwise specified), encompassing any applicable VAT but excluding delivery fees (outlined under ‘Delivery’ below). Your order’s total cost includes the product price, selected additional services, and the corresponding delivery charge, all of which will be explicitly detailed in your Shopping Basket before submitting your order.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change and may be altered prior to the acceptance of your order. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we may propose an alternative.

We exert utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this site. Occasionally, errors may occur. If we identify an error in the price or product description after you place an order, we will notify you, offering the choice to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, and Switch for payment. Payment is processed when we handle your order.

Delivery Charges We strive to maintain minimal delivery charges. At present, we offer a free delivery service for a longer delivery time, this time varies as the product comes from our international warehouse the typical wait time is between 10-14 working days in some cases to remote parts of the world this may raise to 30 days, we also offer a £7.99 UK delivery fee for a faster delivery time of 4/5 days.

Please note that while we endeavor to meet the specified delivery times, external factors beyond our control, such as payment authorisation or postal strikes, may occasionally affect these timelines. We will promptly notify you of any unexpected delays.

Deliveries to Scottish islands may require additional time.

We will communicate the chosen delivery method in our third email. You can monitor your order’s progress by logging in and visiting the ‘My Account’ page. In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

Pet Brite reserves the right to adjust its delivery schedule without prior notice.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet delivery dates, the timing of delivery is not an absolute commitment. Pet Brite will not be liable for losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by customers or third parties.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders Our priority is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you do not receive all of your products or if items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Data provided to us is stored in our internal computer system, accessible exclusively by Pet Brite, and is used periodically to send relevant information that may interest you.
